Sophie Stalla-Bourdillon

Prior to Immuta, I spent a decade as a tenured track professor of Information Technology Law and Data Governance at the University of Southampton, where I held the Chair in IT Law and Data Governance from 2018 to 2022. During my tenure, I served as the director of the iCLIC research centre and as a non-executive director of the Web Science Institute. I am now visiting professor within Southampton Law School.

In October 2022, I joined the Brussels Privacy Hub (BPH) as Associated Senior Fellow and became Co-Director of the BPH in 2023.

I have been Editor-in-Chief of the Computer Law and Security Review for almost a decade, a leading journal in the field of information technology law. I am now Honorary Editor.
